The Out of the Darkness Campus Walks are the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) signature student fundraising series, designed to engage youth and young adults in the fight to prevent suicide, a leading cause of death.

Walk RouteWhat will the walk route be and what is the distance? Walk route is shown on the map below in red ink on the hyperlinked document. The route begins on the red dot by Frese Hall and continues west towards the Quad. The route ends with walking though WWII Memorial Plaza and stopping at the start position. The distance is approximately 0.90 - 1.00 mile → approximately 20 minutes.

Site MapParking instructions: Enter through Gate 3 on Reeves Ave & 153rd Street. Parking Lot Field 5 available on campus. Street parking with closest accessibility will be on Reeves Ave and 153rd St., Kissena Blvd., and Melbourne Ave.
